If you send us a message using our contact form we store the details you enter (for example, your name and e-mail address) in order to be able to process your request. The legal basis for this data processing are legitimate interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. Your details will be deleted automatically after one month.

Comments

If users leave a comment on our website, the name provided by the user and the e-mail address provided by the user are stored together with the comment and the timestamp of the post. The comment is displayed on the website with the name chosen by the user.

The email address is only used to contact the user if necessary; it will be deleted after a few days. The name entered by the user and the comment itself will be deleted at the latest when the article for which the comment was entered is removed from the website.

Data entered as comments are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). By providing the comment function, we are enabling an uncomplicated interaction between us and the other visitors of our website.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. Without the provision of your personal data you cannot use the comment function.

By the visit to the website YouTube receives the information that you have called the corresponding sub-site of our website. Moreover, among others the data stated under Point 3. of this statement are transmitted. This is carried out irrespective whether YouTube makes a user account available, through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google your data will be allocated directly to your account.

YouTube will store your data as usage profiles and use these for purposes of advertising, market research and/or to design its website suitable for the needs. 7. Your Rights

You have the right to obtain a confirmation from the data controller whether personal data relating to you are processed; if this is the case you have a right to information about these personal data and to the information specifically listed in Art. 15 GDPR. According to Art. 15 Para. 3 GDPR you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data, which are the object of the processing, from the data controller.

According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right to request from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to you without undue delay as well as the completion of incomplete personal data.

You have the right to request from the data controller that personal data relating to you are erased without undue delay if one of the reasons specifically listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.

You have the right to request from the data controller the restriction to the processing if one of the prerequisites listed in Art. 18 GDPR exists.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you from the data controller in a format outlined in Art. 20 GDPR.

You have the right, for reasons relating to your special situation, to file an objection at any time against the processing of the personal data concerning you, which is carried out owing to Article 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

If you have granted a consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out before your withdrawal will not be affected by a revocation.

Irrespective of another legal remedy under administrative law or in court pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint at a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of abode, your workplace or the place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of the personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
